Llucmacsanes is located about five minutes’ drive just south of the island capital Mahon where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and nightlife. The beaches of Alcaufar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are just a short drive away. They boast beautiful fine white sand and are ideal for families holidaying with young children and non-swimmers.

The lovely grounds of this villa are fully enclosed. The swimming pool is 12m and has roman steps and is surrounded by a dry stone wall with two Menorcan gates. The gardens are large and have various terraces and a wooded dining area. The Olive and Almond trees offer the perfect habitat for wild tortoises and this is where most children find themselves for hours searching for them!

In 1988, Summa Corporation exchanged more than 5,000 acres (2,000 ha) of land adjoining Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area for 3,000 acres (1,200 ha) of land located south of Summerlin.
